Our Story

Epic Physical Therapy’s story began in Davie, Florida, where the clinic owner, Ryan Palkoner, earned his master of physical therapy. Ryan spent the next 20 years practicing and perfecting treatment in Florida, California and eventually Colorado, where he put down roots after accepting a position as a clinic executive. Throughout his career, Ryan noticed that most of his employers were out of touch with their employees and were unable to create a positive and highly trained work environment. He realized that to create an epic experience and culture, he would need to open his own outpatient practice to serve his community.

Ryan partnered with Health & Rehab Solutions, a company that partners with entrepreneurial-minded physical therapists who want to open their own practice. This unique partnership allows Ryan to focus on developing Epic Physical Therapy the right way and build a culture that inspires excellence.

In July of 2020, Epic Physical Therapy opened its doors in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Ryan’s dream of opening Epic grew out of the idea that a fun, positive and interactive workplace could co-exist with an efficient and effective work ethic – ultimately producing patient results above and beyond the competition.
